Professional Development Meeting

”What’s Creativity Got To Do With It?"

 Presented by, Ann Vanino

ASCM-SFV Chapter welcomes you to our first 2021 Professional Development Meeting - done virtually!

Productivity, quality, goals and measures – that’s often where our focus lies as we perform our jobs and develop our careers. Rightfully so, but what about the importance of creativity to career success and fulfillment?

Creativity is not limited to the arts. It is a powerful asset that can be underestimated in manufacturing and other professions. In LEAN thinking, the eighth waste is underutilized talent. Encouraging development of each person’s creativity actually brings out and fully utilizes their unique skills, approaches and solutions to benefit an organization.

In this ASCM Professional Development Meeting, Ann Vanino, career coach and author, will explore: ways to develop your creativity, how creativity helps you perform at your best and why creativity matters. Join us and find out how creativity can enhance your career performance and success!
