About our Speaker: Fareen Mehrzai is a Supply Chain Leader who develops and executes integrated operations programs to expand an organization's footprint while optimizing all aspects of commercial operations, including - product development, customer care, quality assurance, regulatory, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. She brings a proven track record of mentoring and developing top tier talent.
To ensure cost reduction, Fareen fosters an environment supportive of continuous network optimization, maximizing vendor and co-manufacturing relationships and financial terms for mutual benefit, driving inefficiencies out of internal and external processes and challenging norms for step function cost improvements.
As a staunch proponent of continuous improvement and as a matter of routine, she instills a ‘Zero Waste' mindset in individuals and teams around her. 

Fareen is currently Head of Supply Chain at Golden Hippo with extensive experience in Supply Chain and Procurement leadership roles with Nestle USA

Aditionally, as an Adjunct Faculty Member at California State University, Northridge serving the department of Systems & Operations Management, Fareen designs and delivers curriculum in the areas of Global Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Theory.
