How prepared are you and your supply chain in the event of some untold disaster? Is the Corona virus outbreak in China impacting your supply chain decisions?

Then join us for a half-day symposium on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 8 a.m. at the beautiful Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley with our keynote speaker Greg Hutchins and a discussion by our panel of esteemed high-level executives.

This half-day program will offer insights for managing both upside and downside risk and for sustaining your supply chain in this tumultuous trade environment.

Keynote:  Greg Hutchins PE CERM, Supply Chain Risks in the Age of Trade Wars – Revisiting Your Sourcing Decisions

Sourcing decisions made 5-10 years ago may need to be revisited and recalibrated in today’s sourcing environment. Risk is the new lens for sourcing decisions alongside cost, quality, and Lean. Greg will identify the issues, threats, and opportunities associated with tariffs and trade wars with China and other international supply chain partners and, he will explain how sourcing is being weaponized for geopolitical/economic reasons. This program will offer insights for managing both upside and downside risk and for sustaining your supply chain beyond the current times.
