The Joy of Kanban - Hands-On Kanban Workshop/Dinner Meeting
November 10, 2016

What is it? What's it telling me/them? What information must/should it convey? Physical or virtual? Where do I apply it? Is it only for the shop floor? What about the warehouse? Raw material or operating supplies? Finished Goods?

Instead of a straight-forward slide presentation, Steve Cimorelli will be conducting fun, hands-on exercises with you as the participants. Attendees will enjoy a learning experience and understand how best to define Kanbans for a variety of different types of parts. No previous knowledge of Kanbans is required.
